SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Unless specified at the time of order, all software titles are shipped and delivered electronically.
RETURNS
Although we're confident you'll be pleased with the performance and value of our INGEAR the software product, we recognize that any software product may not fit the needs of a specific user application. Before you purchase, you are encouraged to download and try the evaluation version. In those extremely rare cases you find the software is not fitting your specific need, we offer a software return policy.
Returning INGEAR Software
The software may be returned under the following terms:
* Requests for returns must be made with 30-days from CimQuest INGEAR purchase.
* Software purchased from other sources other than CimQuest INGEAR ( for example: reseller / distributor, third party internet sites and others) must be returned to the company from which they were purchased and are subject to that company's return policies.

* Contact CimQuest INGEAR to inform us that you are returning a software title.

* All returns to CimQuest INGEAR must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization number (RMA number).
* Packages sent to CimQuest INGEAR without an RMA number will not be processed and no credit will be issued
* Returned product must include all related media and manuals. The software must be uninstalled from all computers and all storage devices, and you must delete all backup copies.
Software not Eligible for Return
* Software obtained through CimQuest INGEAR Volume Licensing Programs.
* Reseller/Retailer and product returns (Please co-ordinate your returns request with the Resell Partner).
* TRIAL software
* Product obtained as Not For Resale Product
* Software that has been been activated.
* Software that has been distributed or deployed.
How to Obtain an RMA Number
* Contact our sales desk (610.935.8282) Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM EST US or, via email
* RMA instructions with shipping information and an RMA number will then be sent to you by e-mail or fax
* All approved returns will be processed within 10 working days from the date the product is received by CimQuest INGEAR. Failure to include all media, material and information required may result in the refund being delayed or denied.
Note: To initiate the RMA process, please provide CimQuest INGEAR with proof of purchase within the 30 day time-frame (CimQuest INGEAR receipt, credit card statement, invoice or bank statement) as well as your customer contact information. CimQuest INGEAR will be happy to note the reason for your return so we can provide better products for you in the future.
